I emailed Scott about my order arriving on time for the 4th of July parade and here is his reply:

Good Morning Cindy,

Thank you very much for the order! We are printing the week of junio 16 and shipping by the 19th. The plan is for everyone to have their shirt well before the 4th. The store will be closing on the 16th, so if you want to place any other orders or you know someone who wants a shirt, tell them the 16th is the last day.
